Thank You

Welcoming. Determined. Empathetic. These are just a few words I would use to describe my Physical Therapy experience with Jaimie. I have had chronic back pain for a longer portion of my life and could never seem to get a handle on the pain until my therapy with her. She helped me understand the reason behind why my back pain would flare up and taught me the necessary steps to alleviate the pain if it did flare up. Yes, I walked into the clinic a stranger to her, but when it became time for me to be discharged, I felt as if I was family to her and the staff. Through the initial pain walking into the clinic, to the laughs between exercises, and everything in between, I would never choose to be treated by another Physical Therapist.

I was a patient of Jaimie’s for so long and she was amazing!! I was able to get back to soccer no problem and haven’t had pain since! I ended up seeing her husband AJ for my shoulder later and you could tell him and Jaimie were an amazing team! You can’t get care like this anywhere else, they make you feel like family!!

Gear Up is top notch. I’ve been to physical therapy in the past and they set you up with an assistant after a few minutes. It was nice working with a PT the entire time that could adjust as needed during the session. They provided clear instructions for exercises and stretches I could do on my own to support my rehab.

HIGHLY recommend. AJ and Jaimie are extremely attentive and dedicated to helping their patients get back to doing the things they love.
